液相色谱-串联质谱法测定烤烟中甲基嘧啶磷的残留量

Determination of Pirimiphos-methyl Residue in Flue-cured Tobacco by HPLC-MS/MS

建立了液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定烤烟中甲基嘧啶磷的残留分析方法。试样采用乙腈提取,经GCB和C_(18)净化剂净化后,用HPLC-MS/MS对甲基嘧啶磷进行定量分析。实验结果表明,甲基嘧啶磷在添加水平为0.03~3 mg/kg条件下的回收率为86.9%~92.5%,相对标准偏差为4.2%~11.5%。方法的定量限(LOQ)为0.03 mg/kg。本方法操作简单快速,准确度好,灵敏度高,适用于烤烟中甲基嘧啶磷残留量的检测。

A method for determination of pirimiphos-methyl residue in flue-cured tobacco was developed,which by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified with GCB and C_(18),detected by HPLC-MS/MS.The result indicates that pirimiphos-methyl’s recovery range was 86.9%-92.5%when the adding level was 0.03-3 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation range is 4.2%-11.5%.The limit of quantitation(LOQ)of pirimiphos-methyl was 0.03 mg/kg.The method is simple to operate and has the advantages of good accuracy and high sensitivity.It is suitable for the determination of pirimiphos-methyl residue in flue-cured tobacco.
