鉴别粒度仪分辨率高低的多峰粒度分布标准物质 被引量:1

Standard materials with multi-peak particle size distribution for evaluation of resolution of particle size analyzers

摘要 通过定量混合3种粒度分布相对均匀的颗粒体系分样,得到粒径范围为20~110μm的多峰粒度分布标准物质。分样的粒度分布通过光学显微镜测量得到,量值溯源至He-Ne激光波长;标准物质的量值通过分样的粒径分布和混合比例计算得到。该标准物质已获国家市场监督管理总局批准为一级标准物质(编号为GBW12053),填补了我国在这方面的空白。利用研制的多峰粒度分布标准物质考察了国内主要厂家的激光粒度仪和国外品牌马尔文粒度仪的分辩率,发现不同厂家生产的粒度仪分辨率相差较大,同一厂家不同型号的激光粒度仪相差也较大。我国大部分厂家生产的激光粒度仪分辨率达到马尔文MS2000的分辨率,个别厂家的粒度仪接近或达到马尔文MS3000的分辨率。 The measurement resolution of particle size is one of the most important performance indexes of particle size analyzer.However,there is no standard materials that can be used for particle size distribution in China to evaluate the resolution of particle size analyzer.In this work,a standard material with multi-peak particle size distributions with a size range of 20~110μm was prepared through quantitatively mixing three particle fractions of relatively uniform particle size distribution.The particle size distribution of the three particle fractions was separately measured by using optical microscope,and the value can be traced to the wavelength of He-Ne laser.The particle size distribution of the standard material was calculated based on the particle size distribution and mixing ratio of the three particle fractions.The standard material has been recently approved by China State Administration for Market Regulation,with the catalogue code of GBW12053.By using the standard material with multi-peak particle size distribution,the resolution of the laser scattering particle size analyzers of main manufacturers of China and of the Malvern Instruments Limited(UK)was evaluated.It was found that the resolution of particle size analyzers from most manufacturers in China reaches that of Malvern MS2000,and some particle size analyzers’resolution is close to or reaches that of Malvern MS3000.
