摘要 探讨了消防服增强层结构对其热防护性及舒适性的影响。测试和分析了3种具有不同增强层结构的消防服试样的热阻和热散失量。根据各试样的总热损数据进行建模,预测人体穿着各消防服试样的体表核心温度,对消防服试样的穿着舒适性进行评估。结果表明,轻型消防服具有较好的穿着舒适性,而含有较多增强层的重型消防服具有良好的热防护性,但其热散失量较低,易造成服装内部温度升高,穿着舒适性下降。 The effect of reinforced layer structure on thermal protection and comfort of the fire suit was discussed.The thermal resistance and heat loss of three kinds of fire suits with different reinforced layer structures were tested and analyzed.Then,based on the total heat loss data of each sample,the model was created to predict the core temperature of the human body after wearing the sample of each fire suit,and the wearing comfort of the fire suit sample was evaluated.The results showed that the light fire suit had good wearing comfort,while the heavy fire suit with more reinforcing layers had good thermal protection,but its heat loss was low,which was easy to cause the rise of the internal temperature of the clothing,and thus the wearing comfort decreased.
