含水率对纤维素纤维基水刺交铺非织造材料手感性能的影响

摘要 手感性能是水刺非织造材料用于擦拭卫生护理用品时的重要评价指标。用棉、黏胶、涤纶和天丝等纤维制备了6种面密度相同的常用纤维素纤维基水刺交铺非织造材料试样。对6种试样进行表观形貌的观察,测定并比较不同含水率的6种试样的手感性能参数。结果发现:干态时,黏胶水刺交铺非织造材料最柔软,天丝网孔水刺交铺非织造材料最平滑,全棉水刺交铺非织造材料最不硬挺;随着含水率增加,除天丝网孔水刺交铺非织造材料外,其他材料手感柔软度值先下降后上升再略微下降,平滑度值先下降后上升;6种试样含水时的硬挺度值比干态时均有明显上升,且不同含水率的各试样硬挺度值变化较小;含水率在100%或200%时,6种试样的综合手感各自达到最佳,综合手感值分布在94~106,其中黏胶水刺交铺非织造材料的综合手感最优。 Hand feel performance was an important evaluation index of spunlace nonwovens when they were used as cleaning health care products.Six types of cellulose spunlaced cross-laid nonwoven samples with the same surface density were prepared with cotton,viscose,polyester and lyocell fibers.The apparent morphology of 6 types of samples was observed,and the hand feel parameters of samples under different moisture contents were measured and compared.The results showed that,in dry state,the viscose spunlaced cross-laid nonwovens had the best softness,and the lyocell mesh spunlaced cross-laid nonwovens had the best smoothness and the cotton spunlaced cross-laid nonwovens possessed the least stiffness.With the increase of moisture content,except for the lyocell mesh spunalced cross-laid nonwovens,the hand fell softness value of other samples first decreased,then increased,and last slightly decreased,and the smoothness value first decreased and then gradually increased.The stiffness values of 6 types of samples in wet state were significantly higher than those in dry state,and the stiffness values changed little at different moisture contents.When the moisture content was 100%or 200%,6 types of samples had the best hand feel performance,and the comprehensive hand feel values were distributed in the range of 94 to 106,among which the comprehensive hand feel of viscose spunlaced cross-laid nonwovens was optimal.
