摘要
针对软质仪表板的成型工艺特点,阐述了软质仪表板开发流程中需重点关注的环节。可运用仿真软件量化得出表皮各区域拉伸率,以判断表皮成型后拉伸情况。同时,总结了软质仪表板的表皮、软硬密封边尺寸,确保表皮质量及发泡密封质量。
According to the molding process characteristics of soft instrument panel,the key contents in the development process of soft instrument panel were elaborated.The tensile ratio of each area of the skin could be obtained quantitatively by using simulation software,so as to judge the skin thinning.At the same time,the skin of soft instrument panel and the size of soft and hard sealing edge were summarized to ensure the quality of skin and foam seal.
