借助处方前置审核系统实施质子泵抑制剂预防性使用管理

Management of Preventive Medication of Proton Pump Inhibitors through Prescription Review System

目的:促进质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)的处方前置审核及临床合理使用。方法:借助本院的处方前置审核系统(MINDS系统),对PPI的治疗、预防用药进行个性化设置;统计管控前后药品的使用率、疗程,以及抽样点评中医嘱合理率,评价精细化设置的效果。结果:管控后,PPIs使用率下降,平均疗程缩短,PPIs预防用药明显减少,适应症、用法用量、疗程不适宜等均显著改善。结论:本院对PPIs的信息化设置,促进了前置审方工作的进展和临床合理用药。

Objectibe:To develop prescription pre-review for proper use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs).Methods:'Hospital Self-Maintenance Rule Base'was developed in our prescription pre-review system for individualized use of PPIs.The usage rates,therapy duration and qualified prescription rates of PPIs were analyzed statistically before and after the launch of the refined system.Results:After the start of our refined management,the usage of PPIs decreased in our hospital,the average therapy duration shortened,and the unqualified rate of prescriptions decreased from 54%to 12%.The inappropriate drug use in indication,dosage and therapy duration significantly decreased.Conclusion:The refined setting of the rules for the use of proton pump inhibitors can effectively improve the pre-examination of prescriptions and promote the rational drug use.
