600 MW机组真空联络管积水自动排除研究与应用

摘要 为降低600 MW机组汽轮机真空泵耗能,双机运行时实施真空系统联络运行,实施过程中发现真空联络管易产生积水,造成联络管堵塞,联络运行被迫中断,通过实验摸索,利用系统原有设备,实现了真空联络管积水自动排除,保证了真空系统长期联络运行,开创了真空管自动疏水先例。 In order to reduce the energy consumption of the vacuum pump of the 600 MW unit turbine,the vacuum system is connected during the operation of the two units.In the process of implementation,it is found that the vacuum connecting pipe is easy to generate water,which causes the connecting pipe to be blocked,and the connecting operation is forced to be interrupted.Through experimental exploration,the original equipment of the system is used to realize the automatic removal of the water in the vacuum connecting pipe,which ensures the long-term contact operation of the vacuum system and creates the truth empty pipe automatic drainage precedent.
