急诊科专业基地规范化入科培训实施

Standardized entry education in an emergency training base

住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)体系建立之初便对住院医师制定了严格、规范的轮科培训计划。急诊科作为最重要的住培专业基地之一,每月接纳大批来自各个不同专业的住院医师。制定规范化的入科培训制度不仅有利于住院医师尽快熟悉急诊科的诊疗体系,从中获取更多急诊知识和操作技能,也节约了带教老师的时间和精力,并确保了急诊科的基本医疗安全,有利于急诊医疗教学团队的和谐、高效运作。中南大学湘雅三医院急诊住培专业基地总结多年住培管理经验,结合医院和科室的实际情况,开展了规范的入科培训。该培训从带教老师和住院医师2个角度,兼顾理论学习和技能操作2个方面,分为入科培训总则和细则,由住培管理团队严格执行,取得了良好的效果。

Soon after the establishment of the standardized residency training system, a strict and standardized rotation plan was formulated for residents. As one of the most important training bases, the Emergency Department receives a large number of residents from different specialties each month. The practice of standardized entry education in the Emergency Department can not only help residents to become familiar with the health care system of the Emergency Department as soon as possible, and obtain more knowledge and skills related to emergency, but also save the time and energy of teachers, ensure the safety of health care,and facilitate the harmonious and efficient operation of the teaching staff. In line with the reality in the hospital,the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University has established a system of standardized entry education that has taken into account both theoretical and operational competence. It is divided into general training principles and specific training details, which has been strictly implemented by the management team and has achieved good results.
