住院医师规范化培训儿科放射影像教学策略探索

Teaching strategies for pediatric radiology during standardized residency training

我国儿科医疗资源缺乏,系统性推进儿科住院医师规范化培训,提高儿科医师专业素质和儿科医师队伍质量是应对儿科医师数量紧缺困境的有效对策。本文主要结合儿科(包括小儿内科、小儿外科)住院医师在放射科轮转期间规范化培训的现状,以上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院的实际情况为例,探讨住院医师规范化培训教学策略和管理模式在儿科影像知识和技能培养方面的价值,并不断提高儿科影像教学水平,探索及创新适合儿科住院医师规范化培训的教学方法,建立合理、有效、完善的临床儿科住院医师培训管理模式,达到提高儿科影像住院医师规范化培训质量的目标。

There are serious shortages of pediatricians and medical resources in China. Systematic and standardized training of pediatric professionals, more effective standardized training of pediatric residents, and improvement of the quality and competence of pediatricians are effective countermeasures against such shortages. The department of radiology, as one of the public platforms for standardized residency training, is crucial to the training of high-level clinicians and essential to the quality of health care. Based on the status quo of standardized training of pediatric residents in the department of radiology in China, this article explores how to update rules and regulations, plan specific rotations, set daily examination papers, and supervise training quality in order to innovate pediatric teaching methods and achieve high quality in standardized training of pediatric residents.
