摘要
目的探讨Mini-CEX评价方法在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)师资培训工作坊课程的应用效果及反馈。方法选取2018年11月至2019年10月在广东省6家医院参与师资教学培训的410名带教老师作为研究对象,在课程中选用视频教学结合情景模拟教学方法,进行Mini-CEX评价方法的详细教学,评估教学效果,并征集关于Mini-CEX考核的改进意见。数据采用描述性分析。结果 91.0%的带教老师表示通过工作坊课程的学习,认识到传统教学中评价方法的不足;98%以上的带教老师认为在住院医师中期考核中进行Mini-CEX评价的可行性高;95%以上的带教老师通过课程的学习掌握了Mini-CEX评价方法,并愿意在今后的教学评价中采用。结论 Mini-CEX评价方法的学习有助于临床教师增加教学反馈,调动其教学积极性,提升教学效果,提高住院医师规范化培训质量。
Objective To explore the applicability and feedback of the Mini-CEX evaluation method adopted in the workshop courses for training of teachers committed to standardized residency training.MethodsA total of 410 teachers who participated in training in six hospitals of Guangdong Province from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected, They received detailed instructions on the MiniCEX evaluation method, during which videos and scenario simulation were used. Suggestions regarding the improvement of Mini-CEX assessment were also collected. Descriptive analysis was used to process the data.Results91. 0% of the teachers under training came to realize the drawbacks of the traditional teaching evaluation method after taking the workshop courses;Over 98% believed that the Mini-CEX evaluation method was feasible in the mid-term assessment of residents;More than 95% of them reported that they had mastered the Mini-CEX evaluation method by taking the courses and were willing to use it in teaching assessment in the future.ConclusionThe Mini-CEX evaluation method can help clinical teachers to increase their teaching feedback, show more initiative, and improve teaching effect standardized residency training.
