摘要
目的探讨模拟急救演练在产科住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法 2019年住院医师作为实验组研究对象,采用传统授课方法及每月一次模拟产科急救演练,2018年住院医师作为对照组研究对象,采用传统授课方法,采用对照研究方法比较两组住院医师出科时理论及技能考核成绩以及住院医师对授课方式的满意程度。结果 2019年住院医师出科时理论考核成绩及技能考核成绩均高于2018年住院医师,差异具有统计学意义,且93.9%住院医师喜欢理论授课+模拟抢救演练的教学模式。结论在产科住院医师规范化培训中采用理论授课结合模拟急救演练,可加深住院医师对抢救流程的熟悉,加强对住院医师急救能力的培养。
Objective To explore the role of simulated emergency training in the standardized residency training in an obstetrical department.MethodsThe residents of 2018 and 2019 were instructed with traditional teaching methods, but the latter were additionally subjected to a simulated obstetric emergency exercise each month. The performance and levels of satisfaction with the teaching approaches were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe residents of 2019 outperformed their counterparts of 2018 both in theoretical knowledge and expertise. 93. 9% of the residents preferred the combination of methods.ConclusionThe combination of theory teaching with simulated emergency training can advance students’ understanding of the process of emergency treatment and strengthen their ability to handle emergencies.
