在住院医师规范化培训中开展腰痛专题学习的必要性

The need to learn about low back pain during standardized residency training

腰痛是临床较为常见的疾病,成因复杂。对腰痛的相关认知普遍存在较多的错误观念。但是在本科阶段外科学中没有设立腰痛诊疗的相关章节,Deyo及其团队对临床常见腰痛的错误观念进行了归纳总结,对帮助建立临床腰痛诊疗的正确认知很有价值。本研究通过问卷调查的方式评估参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师对腰痛的认知情况,并对比不同年级住院医师和患者之间的腰痛认知差异,分析后提出有必要在住院医师规范化培训阶段设立腰痛的专项课程培训。

Low back pain is the most commonly reported pain of different and complicated causes, which is why there are many myths about it. However, there are no chapters devoted to low back pain in surgery textbooks for undergraduates. Deyo’s seven "myths" about low back pain can go a long way towards understanding low back pain correctly. We carried out a questionnaire survey about the level of knowledge of low back pain among residents under standardized training. The difference in low back pain literacy between residents in different years was compared. It is concluded that training devoted to low back pain should be offered during standardized residency training.
