摘要
本文以某陕西某铀矿重磁精矿为研究对象,针对精矿铀品位低、难分解等特点,首次在铀矿焙烧过程中引入了微波加热技术,并得到了较好的指标。微波加热时间只需20分钟焙烧时间,而铀渣计浸出率达到97%以上,在得到良好的浸出指标的基础上又节约了冶金作业的生产成本。而且微波加热焙烧更易于实现连续性生产,其生产能力比常规加热焙烧增加了6倍以上。
The gravity and magnetic concentrate of a uranium mine in Shaanxi province was taken as the object of study,aiming at the characteristics of low grade and difficult decomposition of uranium concentrate,the microwave heating time only took 20 minto roast,and the leaching rate of uranium slag reached over 97%.On the basis of obtaining good leaching index,the production cost of metallurgical operation was saved.In addition,the continuous production was easier to be achieved by microwave heating roasting,and the production capacity was increased by more than 6 times than that of conventional heating roasting.
