海金沙总黄酮提取工艺优化及对烫伤效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 采取响应面方法对海金沙总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化,同时对大鼠烫伤愈合效果进行研究。在单因素实验的基础上,经响应面方法进行优化总黄酮的提取方法,且与烫伤药京万红的愈合效果进行比较。实验得知,最佳提取工艺为:超声时间120 min、超声功率240 W、液料比40:1(mL/g),理论收率为42.1(mg/g),据此条件,验证性实验得其收率为41.3 mg/g,与预测值相符性较好,同时发现,海金沙总黄酮对大鼠烫伤的愈合效果较好,为扩展海金沙的药用价值奠定基础。 The response surface method was adopted to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from LygodiumJaponicum,and the healing effect of scalds in rats was studied at the same time.On the basis of single factor test,the extraction method of total flavonoids was optimized by response surface method,and compared with the healing effect of scald medicine Jingwanhong.The best extraction process by experimentwas as follows:ultrasonic time was 120 min,ultrasonic power was 240 W,the liquid-to-material ratio was 40:1(mL/g),and the theoretical yield was 42.1(mg/g).According to this condition,the confirmatory test showed that the yield was 41.3 mg/g,which was in good agreement with the predicted value.It was found that the total flavonoids of LygodiumJaponicum had a better healing effect on scalds in rats,which laid a foundation for expanding the medicinalvalue of LygodiumJaponicum.
