环保节能型发蓝工艺综合性实验教学的设计与实践 被引量:1

摘要 以培养学生实践与创新能力为目标,学生自行设计了环保节能型常温发蓝工艺综合创新性实验,取代传统能耗高污染大、有危险性的高温发蓝工艺实验。学生根据常温发蓝工艺配方设计正交实验表研究在Q235钢表面制备发蓝膜,并采用XRD、SEM、CHI680C电化学工作站等对发蓝膜层进行性能测试。通过实验方案设计、动手操作与探究实践等环节,培养学生实践及创新思维能力等综合素质、激发学生主动参与科研创新、科研创作的热情和兴趣,教学效果良好。 In order to cultivate students' ability of practice and innovation,the students designed a comprehensive and innovative experiment of environmental protection and energy-saving room temperature bluing process,replacing the traditional high-temperature bluing process experiment with high energy consumption,high pollution and risk.According to the normal temperature bluing process formula,students designed the orthogonal test table to study the preparation of Bluing film on Q235 steel surface,and tested the performance of the bluing film by XRD,SEM and CHI680C electrochemical workstation.Through the experimental scheme design,hands-on operation and exploration practice,the comprehensive quality of students' practice and innovative thinking ability was cultivated,and the enthusiasm and interest of students' active participation in scientific research innovation and scientific research creation was stimulated,and the teaching effect was good.
