摘要
地方应用型高校是服务区域经济和社会发展,培养应用型人才的重要基地,开展卓越人才培养是提高学生实践应用能力的重要手段。宿州学院化学化工学院结合地方产业特色发展需求,立足于办学定位和建设条件,构建“三个融合”、“三位一体”的应用型人才培养机制;开展人才培养方案、师资队伍建设、实践教学平台建设、学生工程实践能力培养等方面的探索与实践,为进一步深化高等教育教学改革提供有益的借鉴。
Local application oriented is an important base for serving regional economic and social development and cultivating application-oriented talents.Based on the characteristics of local industry,a training mechanism for applied talents which integrated the three elements of the three aspects of the three aspects was established.The approaches and methods to realize the cultivation of outstanding talents were summarized from the aspects of talent cultivation scheme,construction of teaching staff,construction of practical teaching platform and cultivation of students engineering practical ability.It provided a useful reference for further deepening the teaching reform of higher education.
