摘要
近年来,随着全球经济的快速发展,对成品油的需求也逐年增加。加氢反应器是加氢裂化装置和加氢精制装置的核心设备,其材料在近几十年不断更新换代。加氢反应器能否安全运行,关系到全厂的安全生产。炼油化工行业是四大高风险行业之一,事故频发,一旦出现事故后果会非常严重。作为加氢装置的核心设备,其操作条件极其严格,物料在反应器中会与氢气发生反应,产生强腐蚀性物质。反应器材料逐渐变质或操作不当导致其缺陷。加氢反应器自诞生以来,一直在进行反应器的优化研究。本文分析了加氢反应器的发展现状和发展方向,并对如何优化加氢反应器提出了个人看法。
In recent years,with the rapid development of global economy,the demand for refined oil is increasing year by year.Hydrogenation reactor is the core equipment of hydrocracking unit and hydrofining unit,and its materials have been continuously updated in recent decades.The safe operation of hydrogenation reactor is related to the safe production of the whole plant.Refining and chemical industry is one of the four high-risk industries,with frequent accidents,and the consequences of accidents will be very serious.As the core equipment of hydrogenation unit,its operating conditions are extremely strict,and the materials will react with hydrogen in the reactor to produce highly corrosive substances.The reactor material will deteriorate gradually,and improper operation will also lead to its defects.Since the hydrogenation reactor was born,the optimization of the reactor has been studied.This paper analyzes the development status and direction of hydrogenation reactor,and puts forward some personal opinions on how to optimize hydrogenation reactor.
