摘要
为提高提升机负荷不均衡控制系统的控制水平,基于提升机运行中负荷不均衡现象的特点,提出了以变频控制技术为核心的提升机负荷不均衡控制系统的设计策略,介绍了控制系统的硬件部分与软件部分的设计,提出了解决提升机负荷不均衡的提升机控制系统的控制策略,通过在提升机负荷不均衡控制系统中应用变频器,提升机实现了速度可控以及负荷动态均衡处理,达到了促进提升机运行节能降耗的目的。
In order to improve the control level of unbalanced load control system of hoist,based on the characteristics of unbalanced load in the operation of the hoist,this paper puts forward the design strategy of unbalanced load control system of hoist,introduces the design of hardware and software of control system,and puts forward the control strategy of unbalanced load control system of hoist.By using frequency converter in unbalanced load control system of hoist,the hoist can realize speed control and dynamic load balance,which can promote energy saving and consumption reduction of hoist operation.
