浅析双塔联合布置的管口方位及联合平台设计

摘要 塔在石油化工装置中广泛用于气液或液液的传质传热,塔的类型很多,根据其结构可分为板式塔和填料塔两大类。本文以某催化装置中解吸塔和稳定塔为例,阐述双塔联合布置时管口方位和平台设计的难点,为今后板式塔成组布置时的管道设计优化提供参考。 The tower is widely used in petrochemical plants as a gas-liquid or liquid-liquid phase transfer device.Although there are plenty of types of towers,it can be classified into the plate tower and the packed tower based on the internal structure.The article takes the desorption column and the stabilizer column in a catalytic unit as an instance and expounds some difficulties for nozzle orientation and platform design when two towers are laid out jointly.It can also provide a reference for the optimization of piping design with associated plate columns arrangement.
