摘要
就目前的实际情况来讲,想要维护煤矿巷道的安全稳固性仅仅依靠传统普通的支护工艺是远远不够的,所以,为了降低巷道围岩出现形变的几率,就必须对煤柱的宽度进行科学预留、对支护模式和支护参数进行适当改良,确保巷道掘进的安全稳定性。在沿空掘进巷道中的一项重要参数为窄煤柱的宽度,对煤柱的宽窄度进行科学设置是非常关键的,其能够给回采工作面的安全稳固性和沿空掘巷工作带来重大影响。在窄煤柱的宽度比较低的情况下,巷道掘进的过程中就不易出现形变问题,而在回采工作面的过程中,动压的超前性则极易致使围岩的应力出现快速提升的情况,导致维护巷道稳定性的窄煤柱出现不稳固问题,进而使巷道整体出现形变问题,最终导致巷道失去利用价值。
As far as the actual situation is concerned,to maintain the safety and stability of coal mine roadway,it is far from enough to rely only on the traditional common support technology.Therefore,in order to reduce the probability of deformation of surrounding rock of roadway,it is necessary to reserve the width of coal pillar scientifically,improve the support mode and support parameters appropriately,and ensure the safety and stability of roadway excavation.The width of narrow coal pillar is an important parameter in gob-side entry driving.It is very critical to scientifically set the width and narrowness of coal pillar,which can bring great influence to the safety and stability of working face and gob-side entry driving.Under the condition that the width of narrow coal pillar is relatively low,deformation is not easy to occur in the process of roadway driving,and in the process of mining working face,the advance of dynamic pressure can easily cause the stress of surrounding rock to rise rapidly,which leads to the unstable problem of narrow coal pillar to maintain the stability of roadway,and then causes the deformation problem of roadway as a whole,which eventually leads to the loss of utilization value of roadway.
