摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,面对各行各业取得的突出进步,科技领域也发生了翻天覆地的变化,尤其是在化工领域,近年来化工行业有着很大的进步与发展。从化工行业本身来说,其有着一定的危险性,不然全生产就会在很大程度上给人们带来不安全的要素。所以为了避免这一问题的出现,在化工工艺的设计中就需要设计人员对所有的危险要素做到心中有数,才能更好的促进化工工艺的完善,并在发生问题之后能够及时的采取应对措施。本文将通过剖析化工工艺设计中安全危险的识别与控制进行更为科学的探索和研究,并能为今后的相关研究提供参考意见。
With the continuous development of social economy,in the face of outstanding progress made in various industries,the field of science and technology has also undergone earth-shaking changes,especially in the chemical industry.In recent years,the chemical industry has made great progress and development.From the perspective of the chemical industry itself,it has a certain degree of danger,otherwise full production will bring unsafe elements to people to a large extent.Therefore,in order to avoid the emergence of this problem,in the design of the chemical process,the designer needs to be aware of all the dangerous elements in order to better promote the improvement of the chemical process,and to take timely countermeasures after a problem occurs.This article will conduct more scientific exploration and research by analyzing the identification and control of safety hazards in chemical process design,and can provide reference for future related research.
