摘要 随着科技的飞速发展与计算机技术的稳步推进,过程模拟优化技术对化工工艺设计的影响越发凸显,其对化工工艺设计起到的推动作用,不仅有助于装置、设备、工艺的创新与改造,还能帮助技术人员更快更准确的提供信息与参数,同时对落实减污减排与节能降耗均有积极影响。本文将从过程模拟优化设计的概述出发,探索过程模拟优化技术在化工过程与化工工艺设计中的应用,并结合实际案例阐述过程模拟优化在化工工艺设计中的应用。 With the rapid development of science and technology and the steady advancement of computer technology,the influence of process simulation optimization technology on chemical process design has become increasingly prominent,and it has played a lot of roles in promoting chemical process design,which not only contributes to the innovation and transformation of devices,equipment and processes,but also helps technicians to provide information and parameters more quickly and accurately,and has a positive impact on the implementation of pollution reduction,energy saving and consumption reduction.Based on the overview of process simulation optimization design,this paper explores the application of process simulation optimization technology in chemical process and chemical process design,and expounds the application of process simulation optimization in chemical process design with practical cases.
