摘要
提出了优化的维纳滤波算法用于心音信号的降噪问题.对含噪的二尖瓣心音信号进行EMD分解,舍去前3阶含噪声比较多的IMF分量后,对心音信号进行重构.采用离散S变换,将心音信号在复频域中进行分析,通过MFCC算法对降噪的二尖瓣心音信号提取特征值,在SVM中进行分类验证.实验结果表明,优化的维纳滤波在二尖瓣心音信号的降噪方面有很好的成效,提高了心音信号分类的准确率.
An optimized Wiener filter algorithm is proposed to reduce the noise of heart sound signals.The noisy mitral valve heart sound signal is decomposed by EMD,and the heart sound signal is reconstructed after discarding the IMF components with more noise in the first 3 steps.Discrete S transform is used to analyze the heart sound signal in the complex frequency domain,the MFCC algorithm is used to extract the characteristic value of the denoised mitral valve heart sound signal,and the classification verification is performed in the SVM.The experimental results show that the optimized Wiener filter has a good effect in reducing the noise of the mitral valve heart sound signal,and improves the accuracy of the heart sound signal classification.
