Construction of Community Mental Health Service System based on Residents' Needs

调查居民对心理健康服务的认知与需求程度;分析居民对心理健康的服务机构、服务人员、服务内容、服务形式等方面的具体需求状况。提出完善相关制度落实政府责任、建立社区心理健康服务长效运行机制、构建专业的社区心理健康服务人力资源体系、丰富社区心理健康服务内容与形式、建立健全突发公共事件的应急心理服务体系等发展社区心理健康服务的可行性对策。

This paper investigates the residents'recognition and demands of mental health services and it analyzes their specific needs for service institutions,personnel,content and forms.It puts forward feasible countermeasures for the development of community mental health services:perfecting relevant systems to implement government responsibilities,establishing long-term operating mechanisms,building a professional human resource system,enriching content and forms,establishing a sound emergency psychological service system for public emergencies.
