摘要
在考察国内高校汉语国际教育专业人才培养模式改革与创新不同路径的基础上,阐述了在地方性本科院校通过修订人才培养方案、推进校企协同育人项目等途径创新汉语国际教育人才培养模式的做法。通过对学生在协同模式和传统模式下的实践报告进行标注性阅读的方式,采取数据对比的方法分析了协同育人模式下学生的学习成果。结果表明:以“实践性”为核心的协同育人模式取得明显成效,这为人才培养模式的改革及协同育人体系的完善奠定了基础。
On the basis of investigating the different paths of reforming and innovating the talent cultivation model of Chinese international education majors in domestic colleges and universities,this article elaborates the revision of talent cultivation programs and the promotion of school-enterprise collaborative education projects in local undergraduate colleges.Through annotated reading method of students'practice reports in the collaborative model and the traditional model,it compares and analyzes the learning outcomes of students in the collaborative education model.The results show that the collaborative education model with“practicality”as the core has achieved remarkable results which lays a foundation for the reform of talent cultivation model and the perfection of the collaborative education system.
