督任灸联合坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢早衰的疗效分析

Efficacy of Du Ren Meridian Moxibustion Combined with Kuntai Capsules in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure

目的:观察督任灸联合坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年3月至2020年6月于我院就诊的卵巢早衰患者70例,通过随机数表分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组口服坤泰胶囊治疗,观察组采用督任灸联合口服坤泰胶囊治疗。治疗3个月为1个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分、血清促卵泡激素(FSH)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平的变化情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者临床症状评分和激素水平均有改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗总有效率观察组亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:督任灸联合坤泰胶囊能有效治疗卵巢早衰。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Du Ren meridian moxibustion combined with Kuntai capsules in the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods:70 POF patients in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kuntai capsules,and the observation group was treated with Du Ren meridian moxibustion combined with Kuntai capsules.Treatment for 3 months was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 2 courses.The clinical symptom score,serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))levels were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores and hormone levels improved in both two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was more obviously than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was also better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Du Ren meridian moxibustion combined with Kuntai capsules can treat POF effectively.
