摘要
多元文化背景下,跨文化交际能力成为西藏大学生必备的素质之一。由于价值观念、民族性格、思维方式的差异,在藏、汉、英三语背景下,西藏大学生的跨文化交际能力相对薄弱。西藏大学生应在高素质教师、优秀教材和多种学习策略和方法的指导和帮助下,通过夯实语言基础知识、熟练语用原则、培养跨文化意识、不断丰富文化知识、传播民族文化等路径,提升自己的多元文化背景下的跨文化交际能力。
For Tibetan college students,intercultural communication competence has become one of the essential qualities under the multicultural background.Because of the differences in values,national characters and ways of thinking,the intercultural communicative competence of Tibetan college students is relatively weak in the trilingual context—Tibetan,Chinese and English.With the help of high-quality teachers,excellent teaching materials and various learning strategies,Tibetan college students should improve their intercultural communication competence in the multicultural context by consolidating the basic knowledge of language,mastering pragmatic principles,cultivating cross-cultural awareness,constantly enriching cultural knowledge and spreading national culture.
