Clarify the Relationship Among Three Aspects and Develop Regulatory Science with Chinese Characteristics

本文探讨了监管科学研究和发展中政治、科技和决策三大层面的关系,强调必须以政治引领为核心发展中国特色监管科学,依靠科学技术的创新与发展,形成科学权威高效的决策服务体系,并提出了构建中国特色监管科学九大体系的战略目标与任务。

The paper discusses the relationship among politics,science and technology and regulatory decisionmaking in the research and development of regulatory science,and emphasizes that we must develop regulatory science with Chinese characteristics with political guidance as the key point,establish a scientific,authoritative and efficient regulatory decision-making supporting system relying on the innovation and development of science and technology.The authors put forward the strategic objectives and tasks of constructing nine systems of regulatory science with Chinese characteristics.
