摘要
近年来,涌现出不少TOD项目,结构设计时存在横跨地铁的设计难点。本项目运用立体钢桁架、跨层桁架跨越地铁区域,进行了TMD减振设计,对关键节点进行有限元分析,通过调整施工顺序,设计了特殊连接,使地铁区域原有桩基础既不用加固,又不损失新建结构的刚度及抗震性能,达到良好的建筑效果。给今后地铁上盖建筑的结构设计提供一种新颖的设计思路。
In recent years,a number of TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)projects have been constructed,and the most challenged problem among those projects is how to cross the metro which has been running for years below where the building locates.This project uses space steel truss and span truss to cross the underground area.The vibration reduction design of TMD has been carried out and some key joints have been analyzed by finite element method.By skillfully combined with the construction sequence,a special connection was designed to avoid the reinforcement of the original pile foundation in the subway area,without losing the rigidity or the seismic performance of the new structure.This has provided a brand new idea of structural design of the buildings laying above the metro.
