摘要
水泵与楼面之间通过减振弹簧隔振,在选择弹簧的参数计算时,往往只关注水泵和浮台的重量,而忽略了管道软接头巨大的推力作用,其结果是减振效果失效。而连体式减振浮台把原来厚重的单个浮台摊薄,并把多台设备硬性地连在一起,无形中增加了振源的质量,可以有效地抑制震动,形成了对机电设备减振降噪方面行之有效的做法。
The water pump and the floor are isolated from vibration by a damping spring.When selecting the parameters of the spring,only the weight of the water pump and the floating platform is often concerned,and the huge thrust of the pipe soft joint is ignored.As a result,the damping effect is invalid.The one-piece damping floating table dilutes the original thick single floating table and rigidly connects multiple equipment together,which invisibly increases the mass of the vibration source,which can effectively suppress vibration and form an effective method for reducing vibration and noise of electromechanical equipment.
