探讨早期微波治疗配合针灸疗法对面神经麻痹的临床效果

To investigate the clinical effect of early microwave therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on facial nerve palsy

目的探讨分析早期微波治疗配合针灸疗法对面神经麻痹的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月于本院治疗的面神经麻痹患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者行传统针灸治疗,观察组行早期微波治疗配合针灸疗法治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后面神经功能评分。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者面神经功能比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组面神经功能改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对面神经麻痹患者行早期微波治疗配合针灸疗法,可取得显著的临床疗效,改善患者的面部神经功能,缓解患者的气血通畅、气血充足,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of early microwave therapy combined with acupuncture on facial nerve palsy.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,80 patients with facial nerve palsy treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with early microwave therapy combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy and the scores of facial nerve function before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in facial nerve function between the two groups.After treatment,the improvement of facial nerve function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Early microwave therapy combined with acupuncture therapy for patients with facial nerve palsy can achieve significant clinical effect,improve the facial nerve function of patients,and relieve the patency and sufficient qi and blood of patients,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
