乳酸亚铁胶囊治疗孕晚期缺铁性贫血的临床疗效研究

The clinical research of ferrous lactate capsule on treatment of iron deficiency anemia during late pregnancy

目的探讨乳酸亚铁胶囊治疗孕晚期缺铁性贫血的有效性与安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月在上饶市妇幼保健院与广丰区妇幼保健院门诊产检诊断为缺铁性贫血的孕晚期孕妇288例,随机分为两组,各144例。对照组口服生血宝合剂治疗,研究组口服乳酸亚铁胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗后15、30 d的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后15、30 d,研究组血红蛋白改善率分别为31.94%和15.28%,均明显高于对照组的7.64%和3.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后15、30 d,研究组血红蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论乳酸亚铁胶囊治疗孕晚期缺铁性贫血效果好,且安全性较高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ferrous lactate capsule on the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during late pregnancy.Methods A total of 288 pregnant women in late pregnancy who were diagnosed as iron deficiency anemia in the outpatient department of Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital and Guangfeng Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 144 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shengxuebao Heji.The study group was treated with oral capsule of ferrous lactate.The efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared 15 and 30 days after treatment.Results The improvement rate of hemoglobin in 15 days and 30 days after treatment in the study group were 31.94%and 15.28%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(7.64%and 3.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemoglobin levels of the study group were also higher than the control group in 15 days and 30 days after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Ferrous lactate capsule has good effect on treating iron deficiency anemia during late pregnancy,and the safety is high,it is worthy of clinical application.
