后疫情时代神经病学混合式教学的实践探索 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨以慕课(massive open online courses,MOOC)为基础,结合基于问题的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)和案例导入式教学(case-based learning,CBL),并辅以腾讯会议、QQ群等辅助教学工具的混合式教学在后疫情时代神经病学教学中的应用效果。方法选取扬州大学2016级临床医学专业本科生293名为研究对象,随机分为混合式教学组(n=148)和传统教学组(n=145),混合式教学组给予MOOC联合PBL、CBL的混合式教学,传统教学组给予传统的面对面课堂教学。课程结束后,通过理论考核和实践技能考核,以无记名问卷调查,评价两组教学效果和满意度。结果混合式教学组的理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩和问卷调查评分均显著高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论混合式教学有利于激发学生的学习热情,培养临床思维能力,提高教学质量,值得在后疫情时代的高等医学教育中推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of the blended teaching of neurology in the post-epidemic era based on massive open online courses(MOOC),combined with problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL),supplemented by Tencent conference and QQ group.Methods 293 undergraduates of 2016 clinical medicine major of Yangzhou University were selected and randomly divided into blended teaching group(n=148)and traditional teaching group(n=145).The blended teaching group offered MOOC combined with PBL,CBL mixed teaching,while the traditional teaching group offered traditional face-to-face classroom teaching.After the course,the teaching effect and satisfaction were evaluated through theoretical and practical skills assessment and anonymous questionnaire survey between two groups.Results The scores of theoretical assessment,practical skill assessment and questionnaire survey in the blended teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Blended teaching is benefit to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,cultivate their clinical thinking ability and improve the quality of teaching.It is worth popularizing in the post-epidemic era of higher medical education.
