通电加速锈蚀后弹卡式连接接头预制桩抗弯性能研究 被引量:2

Study on Flexural Performance of Prestressed Concrete Square Pile with Resilient Clamping Connection Joint After Electricity Accelerates Corrosion

摘要 为研究弹卡式连接预应力混凝土方桩在滨海环境下长期工作的耐久性能,对弹卡式连接与传统焊接式连接方桩接头试件进行了通电加速锈蚀试验,并对劣化后两种方桩接头试件进行了抗弯性能试验。结果表明:劣化后的弹卡式连接方桩接头试件整体连接性能保持完好,其开裂弯矩和极限弯矩试验值与桩身理论计算值较接近,试件受弯破坏形式为接头底部被拉开,弹卡连接件中插杆从小套筒中拔出而破坏;劣化后的焊接式连接方桩接头试件焊缝连接处锈蚀严重,其开裂弯矩和极限弯矩试验值相较桩身理论计算值下降幅度较大,试件受弯破坏形式为接头底部连接焊缝直接拉开,跨中接头底部两侧端板完全脱离。 In order to study the long-term durability of prestressed concrete square piles with resilient clamping connection in coastal environments,the accelerated corrosion tests were conducted on prestressed concrete square piles with resilient clamping connection and traditional welded connection,and the flexural performance tests of two kinds of square pile joint specimens were conducted.The results show that the overall connection performance of the deteriorated square pile joint specimens with resilient clamping connection remains intact and the test values of cracking moment and ultimate moment are close to the theoretical calculation values of the pile body.The flexural failure mode of the specimens is that the bottom of the connection joint is pulled apart,and the inserting rod in resilient clamping connector is pulled out from the small sleeve.However,the weld seam of the welded square pile joint specimens are corroded seriously.Compared to the theoretical values,the cracking and ultimate bending moment of the welded square pile joint specimens after corrosion deterioration are significantly reduced.The flexural failure mode of the specimen is that the connecting weld seam at the bottom of the joint is pulled apart,and the end plates on both sides of the bottom are completely separated.
