基于改性角蛋白液体喷施地膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用造纸黑液水解废弃牛毛制备牛毛角蛋白水解液,并与聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)和丙三醇(GL)共混反应制备可降解的液体喷施地膜。通过FT-IR、TG-DTG和XRD表征说明共混反应形成了三维网络结构的大分子共聚物,喷施后形成的MKSF(Modified keratin-based sprayable mulch film)也具有良好的稳定性;MKSF喷施后相比对照组7 d土壤保水率提高21.30%;降解试验表明在50 d内可降解23.07%,对小麦种子的生根发芽和生长发育试验表明喷施液体地膜组的小麦鲜质量平均比对照组高36%,干质量平均高75%,根长平均为9.98 cm,躯干平均长为16.00 cm,有良好的生长促进作用,EDS检测MKSF含有植物生长的必要元素N、P、K,中量元素S、C a等,降解后可为农作物的生长提供养分。MKSF具有良好的吸水性、保水性和可降解性。 The abandoned bovine hair was hydrolyzed by pulping spent liquor,and the degradable sprayable mulching film was prepared by the mixture solution,which contained keratin hydrolyzate,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),polyacrylamide(PAM),N,N-methylenehis(acrylamide)(MBA),and glycerol(GL).FT-IR,TG-DTG and XRD characterization show that the blending reaction forms a three-dimensional network structure of macromolecular copolymer,and the modified keratin-based sprayable mulch film(MKSF)also has good stability after spraying.The water retention rate of spraying MKSF increased by 21.30%compared with the control group after seven clays.A degradation of 23.07%was attained while it was buried for 50 d in soil.The growth experiments show that the average fresh weight of wheat with MKSF increases by 36%compared with the control group,the average dry weight is 75%,the average root length is 9.98 cm,and the average stem length is 16.00 cm respectively,indicating that MKSF has a good growth promotion effect.In addition,EDS detects that MKSF contains the essential elements N,P and K for plant growth,medium elements S,Ca,which can provide nutrients for the growth of crops after degradation.The MKSF has good water absorption,water retention and degradability.
