摘要 拖动式无限级滑套分段压裂技术成功解决了常规滑套分段压裂工具后续储层改造困难的技术难题,为中石化打造上游长板技术提供了有力支撑。滑套定位器作为无限级拖动压裂管柱的重要结构,用于对预置滑套的精确定位。以5-1/2″液压式平衡滑套压裂施工为例,根据滑套定位器上提和下放载荷设计要求,确定了弹性爪割缝数量、割缝长度、割缝宽度和凸台角度等重要结构尺寸,建立了滑套定位器三维模型。基于ANSYS Workbench软件平台,进行弹性爪与滑套本体间的动态接触分析,计算得到上提和下放载荷分别为2.4t和1.4t,此外,通过搭建滑套定位器试验装置,完成滑套定位器力学性能试验,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性,满足通过载荷变化判断工具在井内位置的现场要求。 Fracturing technology of drag-type infinite sliding sleeve has successfully solved the difficult technical problem of the subsequent reservoir reconstruction by conventional fracturing tool with infinite sliding sleeve,and providing strong support for Sinopec to build upstream technical advantages.As an important structure of infinitely dragging fracturing string,the sliding sleeve locator is used to accurately locate the preset sliding sleeve.Take hydraulic balanced sliding sleeve fracturing as an example,the important structural dimensions such as the number,the length,the width and the angle of the elastic claw slot were determined,according to the design requirements of the lift and lower load of the sliding sleeve locator,and then its 3D model was established.Based on ANSYS Workbench software platform,the dynamic contact analysis between elastic claw and sliding sleeve body has been carried out,and the lift and lower load was 2.4t and 1.4t respectively,furthermore,by setting up the test device of the sliding sleeve locator,its mechanical performance test has been completed,and the results of finite element analysis were validated,meanwhile,the results show that the sliding sleeve locator can meet the field requirement of determining the position of sliding sleeve by load change.
