电动自卸车轮边驱动电机输出转矩控制分析

摘要 电动自卸车采用电传动系统驱动轮边电机,实现短距离高效运输,轮边驱动电机的输出转矩非平稳而是存在一定波动,在某些工况下车身会出现抖动现象,对整车运行及其不利。根据电传动系统结构特点,基于驱动系统原理,搭建轮边双电机控制模型,对轮边电机输出转矩波动进行分析,并对控制方法进行设计分析,基于Simulink搭建动力传递系统模型,并对轮边电机驱动及转矩控制模块进行封装,基于Pharlap系统,利用NI PXI做目标机,对三种不同工况下通过调整相关参数对转矩波动幅度进行控制。结果表明:影响转矩波动的因素较多;通过调整脉冲发生器中误差宽度、转子磁链给定值等可有效控制波动幅度,波动幅度得到明显降低;基于Pharlap系统和NI PXI硬件对不同工况实时仿真大大缩短分析时间,提高了效率,表明了分析结果的可靠性,减小转矩波动对于后续研究以及减小部件的冲击有实际意义,为此类设计控制提供参考。 Electric dump truck uses electric drive system to drive wheel motor,achieve efficient transportation in short distances.The output torque of the wheel drive motor is not stable but have some fluctuation,in some working conditions,the body will be shaken,which is bad for the whole vehicle.According to the structural characteristics of the electric drive system,based on the principle of the drive system,he control model of wheel dual-motor is built.The output torque ripple of wheel motor is analyzed and the control method is designed and analyzed.Building a power transmission system model based on Simulink and encapsulating the wheel motor drive and torque control module.Based on the Pharlap system,using NI PXI as the target machine,the torque fluctuation amplitude is controlled by adjusting relevant parameters under three different operating conditions.The results show that there are many factors affecting the torque ripple.The fluctuation amplitude can be effectively controlled by adjusting the error width of the pulse generator and the given value of the rotor flux linkage,and the fluctuation amplitude is significantly reduced.Real-time simulation of different working conditions based on Pharlap system and NI PXI hardware greatly shortens analysis time and improves efficiency,indicating the reliability of analysis results.Reducing the torque ripple has practical implications for subsequent research and to reduce the impact of components.Provide reference for this type of design control.
