Research on Structure Design and Application of th e Sector Cascade

摘要 近些年,针对轴流式压气机和涡轮的叶栅实验研究越来越多,扇形叶栅实验作为叶型气动设计和性能验证的方法受到了广泛关注。本文以教研室跨音速扇形风洞为研究对象,介绍了扇形实验测试系统和试验件结构的设计,以及实验过程中遇到的问题和解决方案。文中分析了扇形叶栅收缩段出口流场均匀性对测试流场结构的影响,验证了叶栅进口安装可调导叶能够模拟实际工况下测试叶片进口的气流角和马赫数,并介绍了扇形叶栅侧板抽吸位置对流场内周期性的影响情况。本文为日后的扇形叶栅实验研究提供参考,同时提出了扇形叶栅吹风实验中有待进一步改进和提高的地方。 In recent years,there are more and more experimental investigation on axial-flow compressor and turbine.As a method of blade aerodynamic design and performance verification,the sector cascade experiment has been widely concerned.Taking the transonic sector wind tunnel as the research object,this paper introduces the design of the sector cascade experimental test system and the structure of the test piece,as well as the problems and solutions encountered in the process of the experiment.The influence of the uniformity of the outlet flow field in the contraction on the test flow field is analyzed.The feasibility of using the adjustable guide vane to simulate the actual inlet flow angle and Mach number of the tested blade is verified.The influence of suction position on the periodicity of the sector cascades is also introduced in this paper.This paper provides a reference for the future experimental research,and points out the areas to be further improved in the sector cascade experiment.
