摘要
糖尿病肾病目前已成为引起慢性肾脏病和终末期肾脏病的主要原因,减少蛋白尿、延缓肾功能恶化是其重要治疗策略。雷公藤多苷通过抗炎、抗氧化等多种机制发挥肾脏保护作用,对于延缓糖尿病肾病进展有较好疗效。本文就雷公藤多苷治疗糖尿病肾病的作用机制、临床疗效、安全性作一综述。
Diabetic nephropathy has become the main cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.Reducing proteinuria and delaying the deterioration of renal function are important treatment strategies.Tripterygium Glycosides can play a protective role in kidney by anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and other mechanisms,and has a good effect on delaying the progression of diabetic kidney disease.This article reviews the mechanism,clinical efficacy and safety of Tripterygium Glycosides in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
