胃癌组织SDF-1、MRP1表达与临床病理参数的相关性分析

Relationship between the expression of SDF-1,MRP1 and clinicopathological parameters in gastric cancer

目的探讨胃癌组织基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)、多重耐药蛋白1(MRP1)表达与临床病理参数的相关性。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月邯郸市中心医院收治的胃癌患者50例,采用免疫组化法检测正常胃黏膜组织、胃癌组织及其癌旁组织SDF-1、MRP1的表达,分析胃癌组织SDF-1、MRP1与临床病理参数的相关性。结果胃癌组织SDF-1、MRP1表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组织及正常胃黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌组织SDF-1、MRP1表达与TNM分期、浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05);胃癌组织SDF-1、MRP1表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织SDF-1、MRP1呈高表达,SDF-1、MRP1与胃癌的生长、侵袭、转移有关,且二者可能共同参与了胃癌的发生发展。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1),multidrug resistance protein-1(MRP1)and clinicopathological parameters in gastric cancer.Methods Fifty patients with gastric cancer from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.The expression of SDF-1 and MRP1 in normal gastric mucosa,gastric cancer and its adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between SDF-1 and MRP1 in gastric cancer and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results The positive rates of SDF-1 and MRP1 expression in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of SDF-1 and MRP1 in gastric cancer tissues was correlated with the TNM stage,depth of invasion,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with sex,age and tumor diameter(P>0.05).The expression of SDF-1 and MRP1 in gastric cancer tissues was positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion SDF-1 and MRP1 are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues,and the SDF-1 and MRP1 are related to the growth,invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer,and both of them may participate in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
