摘要
本文系统介绍了一种以水泥砂浆为胶凝材料的结石体施工新技术——冲填砂浆结石技术的研究过程、技术性能、主要工艺方法。与传统的浆砌石、常规混凝土、碾压混凝土、堆石混凝土施工工艺相比,冲填砂浆结石技术具有工艺流程简单、节省资源、建设速度快、综合造价低、节能环保等特点,在水利筑坝、侵蚀沟治理、草原荒漠治理、流域源头水土资源控制、港口码头、交通工程、国防工程等领域中具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces construction method of cement paste flushing sand into enrockment form artificial rock mass and the study process、technical performance、main process methods.Compared with traditional construction methods of stone masonry、conventional concrete、roller compacted concrete、pile of concrete,this construction method has advantages of simple technics、resource saving、raising the speed of construction、low comprehensive cost、energy saving and environmental protection,etc.It can be used for construction of water conservancy dam、erosion gully governance、desolate and boundless grasslands、control of water and soil resources at source of river basin、port and pier、traffic engineering、national defense projects,etc.
