抽水蓄能电站弃渣场勘察设计中若干问题的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 抽水蓄能电站弃渣场规模较大,其失稳问题既涉及电站生产建设活动安全、又与人民生命财产安全和环境保护密切相关,对其勘察设计的研究在安全生产和生态文明的建设进程中显得尤为重要。抽水蓄能电站弃渣场在前期勘察设计阶段,存在勘察与设计的进度和深度匹配性较低、工程建设条件调查和研究不足及稳定性计算方法有待完善等诸多问题。本文针对弃渣体存在问题开展研究,对比总结了相关规范和要求,通过实际调研、案例分析等方法,具体剖析目前抽水蓄能电站弃渣场勘察设计现状,并结合工程实际,最后提出了勘察设计方面的结论和建议:一是要细化完善规程规范相关要求,二是要重视渣体物理力学参数和计算分析方法手段,三是要重视弃渣场监测和管理工作,提升管理水平。 The residues disposals of pumped-storage power stations usually occupied large sizes.Once one residues disposal turns out of stability,it not only effects the operation of the station,but also nearby residents and environments.Thus,it is of great essential to study the geological investigation and design processes of residues disposals.In this study,three issues on the imperfections during geological investigation and design processes of residues disposals were discussed.By summarizing and comparing relative standards,conducting investigation and research on 15 pumped-storage power stations,as well as case analyzing,suggestions on the geological investigation and design processes of residues disposals were promoted.
