甘肃省小微初创企业作为全省经济支柱和重要组成部分,在互联网技术背景下,信息化在为小微私营企业发展提供便利的同时亦产生新的财务风险.通过识别、分析全省小微初创企业财务信息管控可能性风险,提出企业管理团队应树立财务风险防范意识,建立完善企业财务预算管理制度,健全产品投资分散策略机制,规范完善财务风险预警系统,强化财务风险损失权责机制,为小微初创企业实施中长期发展战略确立财务安全边际及其防范机制.

As a pillar and an important part of the province’s economy,small and medium-sized start-up enter⁃prises in Gansu Province are facing new financial risks in the context of Internet technology,while information technol⁃ogy facilitates the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.By identifying and analyzing the possi⁃ble risks of financial information control of micro and small start-ups in the province,we propose that the management team should establish awareness of financial risk prevention,establish a perfect financial budget management system,improve the mechanism of product investment diversification strategy,standardize and improve the financial risk early warning system,and strengthen the financial risk loss authority and responsibility mechanism,so as to establish a fi⁃nancial margin of safety and its prevention for micro and small start-ups to implement medium and long-term development strategies. mechanism.
