大学生心理健康现状分析与对策研究——基于河西学院心理测评的结果

Analysis and Countermeasures of College Students’mental health——Based on the Psychological Assessment Results of Hexi University

高校大学生的心理健康发展水平是动态的、不稳定的,这两个特点限制着大学生心理成熟的进一步发展.处于这一发展阶段的大学生普通存在一定的心理问题,如人际交往、学业发展、情绪情感、就业发展等,通过心理测评可以准确掌握有心理问题的学生,及时干预.以河西学院2017、2018、2019级的学生为研究对象,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评大学生心理健康水平,基于心理测评结果探讨大学生心理健康现状并提出对应干预策略.

The level of mental health development of college students is dynamic and unstable,and these two characteristics limit the further development of college students’psychological maturity.College students at this devel⁃opmental stage commonly have certain psychological problems,such as interpersonal interaction,academic develop⁃ment,emotional-emotional,and employment development,etc.Psychological assessment can accurately grasp stu⁃dents with psychological problems and intervene in a timely manner.The students in classes 2017,2018 and 2019 of Hexi College were used to assess the psychological health of college students by applying the Symptom Self-Rating Scale(SCL-90),and based on the psychological assessment results,we discussed the current situation of college stu⁃dents’psychological health and proposed corresponding intervention strategies.
