In recent years,the operation and maintenance cost of communication operators is gradually increasing,while the economic income of many communication enterprises is gradually decreasing.Therefore,in order to develop enterprises,communication operators must control the cost.This paper analyzes the specifi c content of operation and maintenance cost of communication operators,the characteristics of operation and maintenance cost management of communication operators,the mode of operation and maintenance cost project management of operators,and the measures of operation and maintenance project cost control of operators.This paper puts forward the methodology of controlling the cost of operation and maintenance project,tamps the foundation of business development,improves operation and management,resists internal and external pressure,and provides guarantee for maximizing the interests of enterprises.
