引进“阅读疗法”,创新读者服务--以苏州市姑苏区图书馆为例

Introduce“Reading Therapy”and Innovate Reader Service:Taking the Gusu District Library as an Example

文章基于对国内外阅读疗法研究现状的分析,以苏州市姑苏区图书馆开展阅读疗法的实践研究为例,提出公共图书馆开展阅读疗法服务项目的五项措施,包括构建专业队伍、营造良好宣传氛围、开展形式多样的阅读疗法活动、委托第三方进行效果评估、编制推荐书目等。进一步阐明公共图书馆开展阅读疗法的实践意义和理论思考,展现了阅读疗法对与改善读者心理健康水平的功效,并对其在公共图书馆的发展前景作出初步展望。

The article is based on the analysis of the research status of reading therapy at home and abroad,the article takes the practice research of reading therapy carried out by the Gusu District Library in Suzhou as an example,and proposes five measures for public libraries to carry out reading therapy service projects,including building a professional team and creating good publicity atmosphere,carrying out various reading therapy activities,entrusting a third party to conduct effect evaluation,compiling recommended bibliography,etc.It further clarify the practical significance and theoretical thinking of reading therapy in public libraries,show the effect of reading therapy on and improve the mental health of readers,and make preliminary prospects for its development prospects in public libraries.
