产教融合背景下经营导向型“教学车间”运营研究——以“JD·AS”校园孵化中心为例

Research on the Operation of Management-Oriented “Teaching Workshop”under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education——Taking the Example of “JD.AS” Campus Incubation Center

深化产教融合、校企合作是应用型高等教育改革的必由之路。通过引企入校,校企协同建立经营导向型“教学车间”是培养应用型人才、实现校企双赢的有效途径,促进了传统实践教学由模拟向全真转变。经营导向型“教学车间”发挥着职业体验平台、能力训练平台、职业素养养成平台、“双师型”教师的培训基地、创业交流平台等多种功能,既有传统的校内实验室属性,又是校外企业经营场所向校园的延伸。当前,经营导向型“教学车间”在教、学、管、评等方面面临新课题,需要进一步明确“教学车间”的教学目标和学习任务,建立高校和企业协同的产教融合“命运共同体”,创新经营导向型“教学车间”的管理模式,营造多元和谐的文化育人氛围。

To deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable way for the reform of application-oriented higher education.By introducing enterprises into schools and establishing management-oriented“teaching workshops”,we can effectively cultivate the application-oriented talents and realize the win-win situation between school and enterprise,and promote the transformation of traditional practical teaching from simulation to full reality.Management-oriented“Teaching workshop”may give play to various functions,such as the platform of professional experience,the platform of ability training,the platform of professional quality cultivation,the training base for“double-qualified”teachers,and the platform for entrepreneurial communication etc.It is not only a traditional on-campus laboratory,but also the extension of off-campus business premise into the campus.Currently,management-oriented teaching workshop faces some new topics in teaching,leaning,management,and evaluation etc.It is necessary to further clarify the teaching goal and learning task of“teaching workshop”,establish the“community of common destiny”--the integration of teaching and industry,innovate the management model of“teaching workshop”,and create the diversified and harmonious atmosphere for talent cultivation.
