乡村振兴战略下河南高校创新创业教育改革研究 被引量:1

摘要 在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,河南高校应承担好“双创”及乡村振兴相关政策的宣传执行者、地方决策咨询的服务者、技术技能人才的培养者、创客教育及服务的提供者、区域创新创业系统的合作者、志愿活动及服务的组织者等六种角色。针对发展中存在的主要问题,河南高校应深入落实乡村振兴战略,构建新型校地合作伙伴关系;积极对接社会发展需求,培育高素质应用型涉农人才;推进创新创业教育改革,助力创客赋能乡村经济发展;融入区域协同创新体系,提升学校科技转化服务能力;紧贴生产生活痛点问题,开展高质量创新性社会服务。 In the process of rural revitalization strategy implementation,Henan universities should undertake the following six roles:propaganda executive of relevant policies about entrepreneurship&innovation and village revitalization,service provider for local policy-making consulting,cultivator of technical talents,provider of maker education and service,cooperator of regional innovation and entrepreneurship system,and organizer of volunteer activities and services.Aiming at the main problems in development,universities in Henan province should soundly implement the strategy of village revitalization,and construct the new school-local cooperative partnership;they should actively meet the requirement of society development,and cultivate application-oriented agricultural talents with high quality;they should promote the reform of entrepreneurship and innovation education,and help the maker education empower rural economic development;they should integrate into the regional coordinated innovation system,and improve the ability of serving the transformation of science and technology in the school;and they should get close to the pain points in life and production,and carry out innovative social service with high quality.
