Research on Long-term Management Mechanism of Virtual Simulation Teaching Resources Development

在国家级机务维修仿真教学示范中心的建设过程中,通过深入研究仿真教学资源开发管理目前存在的问题,提出了在仿真教学资源开发管理中需要重点考虑的要素,并从教学管理平台建设、资源开发质量标准、经费运用、教师能力建设、开发团队建设、中心运行管理机制、教师激励机制等方面入手,阐述了建立虚拟仿真教学资源开发长效管理机制的建设思路和实施方案,以实现虚拟仿真教学资源可持续发展,真正落实并实现教学资源共建共享的最终目标。

In the construction process of the National Aviation Maintenance Simulation Teaching Demonstration Center,through in-depth research on the problems existing in the development and management of simulation teaching resources,this paper puts forward the key factors that need to be considered in the development and management of the simulation teaching resources,and expounds the construction ideas and the implementation scheme of establishing a long-term management mechanism for the development of virtual simulation teaching resources from the aspects of the construction of teaching management platform,the quality standard of the resources development,the fund utilization,the teachers’ability construction,the development team construction,the central operation management mechanism,and the teacher incentive mechanism,so as to realize the sustainable development of the virtual simulation teaching resources and truly implement and realize the ultimate goal of co-construction and sharing of teaching resources.
