摘要 为使学生快速掌握现代飞行器的装配技术和装配技能,解决飞机装配实验对象特殊、资源稀缺、环境匮乏和周期长等问题,采用3D建模、动画、人机交互等技术研发了实验教学项目。将基于飞机数字化的现代装配技术融入实验教学项目,建立机翼结构认知→认知考核→蒙皮热成形工艺→成形质量评价→机翼数字化装配→蒙皮自动钻铆全流程的实验方案,在重视基础知识考查的基础上设置能力提升模块,体现创新意识培养,让学生在沉浸式认知、交互式学习、体验式操作、探索式改进中提升装配工艺规划能力与综合创新能力。 In order to make students master the assembly technology and assembly skills of modern aircraft manufacturing quickly and solve the problems of special objects,scarce resources,lack of environment and long period of aircraft assembly experiment,this experiment teaching project has been developed by using 3D modeling,animation,human-computer interaction and other technologies.We have integrated modern aircraft digital assembly technology into the experiment teaching project and established the whole process experiment scheme of wing structure cognition→cognitive assessment→skin heat forming process→forming quality evaluation→wing digital assembly→skin automatic drilling and riveting.We have also set up the ability enhancement modules on the basis of attaching importance to the basic knowledge examination,emphasizing the innovation consciousness cultivation,so that students can improve the ability of assembly process planning and comprehensive innovation ability in immersive cognition,interactive learning,experiential operation,and exploration improvement.
